How we handle your personal data

Data collected
Full name, email address and, optionally, a message. This data is provided voluntarily through the shop reservation form.
Purpose
To process product reservations from the official shop and send a confirmation email.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Retention
Data will be kept for a maximum of one year from the reservation date, or until deletion is requested.
Recipients
Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. We use Resend (resend.com) as a data processor for sending confirmation emails.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting drac@dracdevilafranca.com. If you believe processing does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
